After trying this program(it was good) I decided to go elsewhere,there customer service to me was poor(had same problem) and advertisements from Ashampoo,desktop icon,too pushy for my liking. Bought it had computer restore and then the poor service,

In my case, Customer support is very good (I am a paid customer). Regarding the advertisement, I believe they can be disabled in settings under a tab called "service" AFAIK. Ashmapoo make good products especially their Backup Pro.
