What reason for the High level of security risk?

Seems its really vulnerable, Free AV's are available in the corner. Wonder if you use Avast IS on other computer so that's why you use that signature.

If you don't want to use an AV then you must use Sandboxie during surfing times.

money, every people dont have the money to upgrade to W7. they use the OS given when they bought the computer.

Market shares for Vista isn't high at all and continuous to decreased a bit , and its like people didn't interested after a weeks Vista was released.
