I do a frequent manual backup of all data on 1 TB portable HDD.

Simple and effective config, i would add Macrium Reflect Free for backups. Thanks for sharing.

Consider a system backup solution but other than that a very nice config!

Consider adding uBlock Origin or AdBlock Plus. Then, add another on-demand scanner, such as Zemana Anti-Malware Free, and maybe add also Wise Care 365 Free to optimize your PC. Add also a backup solution.

Fine configuration out there, however I suggest to have an adblocker; considering that NoScript mainly focus to block the scripts and passive on advertisements.
