I would like to suggest you to enable PIN, password or pattern lock on your Android device.
You can also consider one more on-demand scanner: HMP or ZAM.

You don't have an anti-virus, you can use Windows Defender.

At least add some free realtime antivirus like sophos or avg

Yes you can use windows defender, enable it (if you ever disable it) because its in your system..
Or you can try Avast free

Add more on-demand scanner like Hitman pro and Zemana antimalware

3. UAC


Have you enable UAC yet? You better, it can save your PC big time.

To turn UAC on or off:

1. Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button
   
   , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.
   
   
2. Do one of the following:
   • To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.
     
     If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
