I like Mark Russinovich's tools. Procexp is my favorite. And autorun, procmon. Very usefull tools for debugging.

The book Mark Russinovich wrote called "Troubleshooting with the Windows Sysinternals Tools (2nd Edition)" arrived yesterday and I can highly recommend it if you are interested in the Sysinternal tools. The biggest chapters are on Process Explorer and Autoruns! I've read the first few chapters so far and it is excellent. Goes into all the detail of these tools in great depth.
