That's strange......It says your system is more vulnurable to ruin when you are using most of the famous third-party AVs....(in comparison to MSE)
Among them are Bitdefender,Eset,F-Secure,Avast and AVG !!!!!

Hi phyniks thanks for the info! Yes, it would seem that MSE is doing quite well (if the results are okay!) If yes then it is a big dent in the reputation(s) of products like Bitdefender and F-Secure.
