Keep in mind that this survey was conducted on AV-Comp website visitors, they probably know more about security than the average user. Question 11 is interesting, but as the authors admit it wasn't phrased properly. Anyway, if their security software asks them to take a decision regarding a file downloaded from the internet the majority of users will allow the file to run. Is this a problem?
