I'm pleased to share with you that we have a new cloud-based feature called Email Guardian debuting in our latest beta build, 21.10.2498.

Feature Overview
- Be warned of malicious emails and phishing scams when checking your hotmail, outlook, msn or live email from any web browser, on any device!

- Email Guardian extends your current Mail Shield protection from email apps on your PC to your online mailbox. This includes It's like having Avast installed directly in Outlook in the cloud.

- Click Email Guardian from your Security menu to set it up. Then check your emails like normal. There's no need to change your habits, because Email Guardian works automatically.

Also, please note that Email Guardian does not collect or store any of your emails. If it detects a malicious email, it only flags it for you within your Outlook account. It's up to you to decide what to do with the email after that.

Firewall tabs have been reordered for better access to what's important
Boot time scan results are now being displayed

What's fixed
Fixed a driver conflict with Quectel software
Rescue disk cannot be created on bigger usb flash drivers with exFAT filesystems
Rescue disk does not have installed extended virus definitions during its creation

Known issues
Password protection gets removed on the latest version; please update your password manually as it will work as intended after that

Our setup UI had some items that weren’t accessible on low-resolution, high-DPI settings (e.g., 1280x800, 200 DPI). These are now accessible.

Fixed crash in SmartScan
Fixed crash in aswToolSvc initialization
Fixed crash in Secure DNS
Fixed issue with multiple FW dialogs shown for the same *.exe file

Known issues
FW and Scan settings are reverted to default after update (discovered by Asyn, thank you for that)
Rescue Disk may not work on systems with UEFI (still under investigation, special thanks to user rocksteady for letting us know about it)
You might experience the issue with not working cleanup scan in AV
