After reading the changes, the "Removed NG (VHardware virtualization) - moved the technology to cloud, in next betas we will introduce new flow for handling unknown files" sounds interesting. I know they had issues with NG (Windows 10 and some Windows 8 and 8.1).

They need to work more on the Suspicious Behavior (HIPS), some malware can bypass it.

All good changes to remove unnecessary features and provide actual security without compromising the hardware.

Looks like some of complaining in the forums have worked users are not going to go though an application to "Tick settings" and with some instances thats what you had with do with NG. Glad they are moving everything to the cloud this is what they should have done in the first place.

Avast should follow the concept like ESET, because all of the techniques are already combined and rely on the HIPS as Plan B. ;)

So Avast needs to improve more on Cloud and their HIPS based.
