Avast! Notification stuck on my screen

This is most stupid thing that Avast does, i uninstalled Ashampoo Antivirus 2014 in my VirtualBox and it's blocked some webpage or file ,i'm not sure. This is very annoying and if i see once this notification again, i swear i'm gonna uninstall it. It looks like this:

Can anyone tell me how to fix this ? Avast or any other antivirus should not monitor activities in virutal machine.

Add VirtualBox.exe to the exclusions.

1. You should disable avast while in virtual box
2. Restart PC.
