Advice Request Avast UI has blocked incoming TCP traffic in windows firewall

Hi, I've found this configuration in windows firewall. I'm using Avast Ultimate and there is disabled incoming TCP traffic for Avast UI. Is that normal or should I remove this rule ? I have no idea why this was created.

Did you use avast free before and blocked avastui.exe for less nags and ads ?

I don't remmember doing that.

Try to remove these blocks in your firewall.
