Disable Remote Management on Router now. It is Not Needed when you are just using the local network to manage the router. Same on modem as well.

Since your neighbors are close to you (you said urban environment) go to Device Manager > Network Interface (or something like that) and disable the 2 WiFi Direct drivers. People can connnect to your PC bypassing the pc firewall if you don't disable these.

HTTP for port 80 and FTPS for port 21 cannot be disabled for router's remote management (has a custom software by ISP); disabled the rest of features and ports.
My PC has no WiFi driver at all.

Unfortunately, MAC randomization only applies to WiFi connection, not the cable one.

While fiddling with some old stufff, I have found my very first, very old TP Link modem router (before the era of wireless technology ); factory reset as access point, connected to the main modem, and I'll see what is going to happen.
