He gets so busy sometimes he simply disappears for a while. But he checks in pretty hot and heavy from time to time when he is slow.
I bet his clients like him. He is very persistent, and he has good taste in tools, and solid, yet refined, efficient methods.
 
I missed those reviews from Matt, since it couldn't prevent the priorities in a offline world.

Anyway Avast even other security software are really must good on prevention dealing in Spams. It could be a few percentage when missed.
