Goodbye LiveKive..

Important Reminder!
Please back up your AVG LiveKive data now

Dear AVG LiveKive Customer,

We’d like to remind you that AVG LiveKive will soon be discontinued, and all data saved in your account will be deleted. To give you time to back up your data, we’ll be doing this in two stages:

From April 9, 2014, no new files can be uploaded.
Although you won’t be able to upload any new files to your LiveKive account from April 9, you’ll still be able to download all of your saved files until August 18, so please back up anything you’d like to keep.

All of your files will be deleted on August 18, 2014.
After August 18, you will not be able to access any file saved to your LiveKive account. Please be sure to back up all of your LiveKive files before this date.
The shutdown of AVG LiveKive will not affect any other AVG products or services. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact AVG Customer Care at www.avg.com/support.
Thank you and have a pleasant day,

AVG Customer Care

All that I am saying on this subject is to watch this space guys. I'd put my money on something new being implemented in future versions on Zen...

So something new in the works?

AVG LiveKive Transfer to SpiderOak

Important Update!

The LiveKive Transfer Process we had previously announced is now live. Thanks to this simple and minutes-long process, you can transfer your AVG LiveKive data to SpiderOak and continue to enjoy uninterrupted service.
SpiderOak will honor all existing AVG LiveKive storage plans and pricing for both free and paid users. None of your data needs to be re-uploaded and you will keep your username. Everything will appear in SpiderOak as it does in your current LiveKive account, including folder structure, historical versions, deleted items and sync settings to all your devices.

Transfer your data to SpiderOak by clicking this link:
https://spideroak.com/signup/avg

Remember, SpiderOak is a different company and will have a different Privacy Policy than AVG. Please review their Privacy Policy if you intend to continue your service with SpiderOak. AVG will not transfer any of your personally identifiable information or data to SpiderOak. You will also have to agree to a new End User License Agreement with SpiderOak. Please take the time to review those terms closely.

Don’t want to continue?

If for any reason you wish to discontinue all services, please remember to download and back up any data you wish to keep from your current AVG LiveKive account before August 18, 2014.

On that date, all AVG LiveKive accounts will be permanently deleted to ensure your privacy.

AVG LiveKive was shutdown on 18th August 2014.

As previously stated, AVG LiveKive will be permanently shut down today. After shutdown, we'll begin securely deleting your account and all your data to protect your privacy and ensure that no one can retrieve your files.

If you still have any files saved to your AVG LiveKive account, please save them today.

Please note that this shutdown does not affect any other AVG products or services. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact AVG Customer Care at www.avg.com/support.
