Computer is running slow and internet explorer running very slow and occasionally get a pop up window that displays "You do not have permissions to download files" Chrome works a little better and i do not get the pop up when trying to download using chrome.

AVG Scan reporting "Adware Generic_r.UJ"
The report shows:
1. Adware Generic_r.UJ with c;\windows\ssWOW64\dllhost.exe(9684) and is labeled as a process
2. Adware Generic_r.UJ with c;\windows\ssWOW64\dllhost.exe(9684) and is labeled as Embedded Element

When trying to remove them with AVG the report displays "Cannot be removed Element not found"

Re-run FRST.exe as you did before ...

  • Download fixlist.txt that you find attached at the bottom of this post and save it same place you
  • Press the Fix button once and wait.
  • FRST will process fixlist.txt
  • When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt and will keep that log in the same folder where FRST.exe is.

> Attach here fixlog.txt logreport.

Excellent ;)

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.
  • Run the tool by right click on the
    51a5ce45263de-delfix.png
icon and Run as administrator option.
  • Make sure that these ones are checked:
    • Remove disinfection tools
    • Purge system restore
    • Reset system settings
  • Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
  • All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)
The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
