I don't know why but the download always fails. When I try to update too (I'm on 6.0.0.1154), it says something about network failure. I'm not sure what to do. Halp please?

I did both and saw that 360 is allowed. I also reinstalled. It's still showing the error.

Update: Still not working. I don't know anything else that could stop it. Ugh. I'm trying 360 Internet Security now. If you have any other suggestions, I'll still check because 360 Total Security seems cool.

today i send them a suspect file (i zip that file and passworded it with this name 'infected')
but i recived this email.
i think Qihoo do not regard to qihoo users ideas and it may cause people lost their trust to this company.

How could they know the password of a locked zip file. This makes no sense. You should have sent them the password too. Their customer support is simply excellent from my experience.
