Avira Browser Safety is a great extension. I'm using it in my Chrome/Firefox browsers. Coupled with the browsers' security features, uBlock Origin (default with all filters set) and BitDefender TrafficLight they form a powerful combo. BitDefender TrafficLight sometimes in a blue moon will pop up in Chrome where the rest fail. Avira Browser Safety seems to be more active in Chrome than in Firefox whilst BitDefender TrafficLight is the other way round. You can test at malc0de and vxvault.net sites and compare the effectiveness of Avira Browser Safety and BitDefender TrafficLight for both in Chrome/Firefox browsers
