I would take all of them; more protection is better than less

Its highly recommended to check all in Threat Categories so to make sure nothing will be missed.

All too, imagine your doctor asking you if i want a medicine for all diseases or just the most dangerous ones? what will you answer?

Default is just fine. Selecting them all will increase your chances of a false positive. And we all know Avira has a high false positive rate as it is.
