Reviewers mostly forget to do this, a written summary is always good as it would help people in places where internet connection is not good, for people who doesn't get the accent or reads better than listening, who doesn't have their first language as English.

Moreover it is more appealing, and gives a good overall presentation. Most people don't watch the whole video review, but a well written summary inspires them to do so.
