Surprised that Avira had FINALLY improved on what I'd been hoping for: blocking unknown malware and blocking Payloads at source via scripts!</p><p>And Avira does it very well! It avoided several traps I set for it during the test.</p><p>Nevertheless, the anti-malware engine seems to be regressing in favor of the Cloud, caution Avira....</p><p>The machine copes very well, with a few traces but easily removable. Congratulations!</p><p></p><p>Final scan :</p><p>Avira : 4</p><p>NPE : 4</p><p>Malwarebytes : 11</p><p>KVRT : 3</p><p></p><p>Final opinion:</p><p></p><p>Avira is an antivirus that has evolved and progressed.</p><p>It has corrected the shortcomings I pointed out 1 year ago. The publisher seems to be listening to testers' comments, and that's appreciated.</p><p>1 piece of malware has been completely eliminated (NetSupport) and the rest are residuals that can be easily removed.</p><p>Nevertheless, the anti-malware engine seems to be regressing in favor of the Cloud, caution Avira....</p><p>Congratulations Avira, it's highly recommendable!</p></blockquote><p></p>
