Antivirus software vendor Avira is making moves to update its quality assurance processes following a 20-minute window yesterday where components of Avira's own software were triggering false positives.
But I don't think it's a false positive, they are a "virus" and need to be deleted... Only joking, not that bad although I can safely say my faith in them as a company has not been fully restored yet. They've got a long way to go to get back in the game, and be on the same level as they was before long ago..
Quick response, but then again all companies/providers would do the same when it's their own product kicking up the FP, so nothing epic here.
