It would be good to add the information if the malicious samples (documents and ransomware) were downloaded directly from the phishing links, compressed spam attachments, or via other sources?
That would help us to better understand the results as compared to the tests made by other Labs. I have a problem with the classification of the AVLab test as a real-world test or maybe as a malware test.
