Backup before reinstalling windows

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know if it is possible to backup only some of my software before doing a windows reinstall,
I would like to backup only a few paid software, licenses of which I have lost

Thanks, it backed up my application but my utorrent pro license is gone now, though with some other licenses it worked fine

I used CloneApp to back up my favorites,emails etc so glad i did as i have issues with the recent update!

Does it save the paid products with the codes, so if you lose a code you don't have to buy the product again??
