Baidu Antivirus 2015 - Part 1 (Installation & First Look)

Installing Baidu Antivirus 2015 and look at new things.
I will also check the impact of the launch of PC before and after installation with Boot Racer, how much RAM usage and HDD space.
In the next video I'll do a synthetic tests (Part 2).
On Part 3 I'll do phishing and malware links, as well as a folder with a lot of fresh malware.

Baidu Antivirus 2015 - Part 3 (Malware & Phishing Test)

Testing new Baidu Antivirus 2015 against valid phishing and Malware links (all default settings).
Also test folder with 400 pieces of malware and checking them on Virus Total with Phrozen VirusTotal Uploader.

All in all not bad for the system ended.
Lots PUP / PUA / adware stuff but nothing critical, and not fixable.
Baidu has proven to be very easy and quite good at protect the user and the system.
When the settings are adjusted to high would probably be better protected but the default is not bad.

As for the monitor of PUP/PUA/Adware, it's a known problem, we will fix it ASAP.
As for the synthetic HIPS test, maybe for Baidu Antivirus, it's meaning less to test. Because the Cloud Scan result for these tools are "Safe", not "Malicious" or "Unknown", our HIPS module will trust them automatically.
As for the slow speed of downloading vdb.We will add more servers to accelerate download
BTW, if you use default settings of Baidu Antivirus, the heur level of engine is middle, PUA/PUP/Adware will not scan in our own engine(except avira engine).
