Best OS selector application

I use Windows 10 but I forced to install Windows 7 with it

So I need recommendations for application to install Windows 7

And have dual boot choose which one to use

I think that I must installing win 7 on different partition
Is there anyway to install in the same one

Also I did not want to install win 7 then install 10 again or backup then install

Would you consider running W7 in a virtual environmental environment, for example w/VMWare? No dual-boot required.
