My VM as terribly slow, probably because I was running it on a 2008 Pentium Laptop with 2 GB RAM

I notice this in a lot of tests. When you test cloud products like Panda, Immunet ... you need to wait and the detection is over time. The sample is analyzed by Panda's Process Monitor, Behavior Blocker, all the info is sent to Panda Labs and then back.

That is why when you right click the the detection is lower.
