Bizarre, unusual infection.

I have a crippling infection that occurs more heavily or at least slows down whenever I take myself offline. Task manager shows programs such as "notepad.exe" and "wmplayer.exe" that aren't open anywhere else and don't close in the task manager. Explorer.exe is constantly taking 50% CPU. I could scan it with frst and adwcleaner but I'd have to send the text file by email or something because I'm landlocked on my tablet.
