Advice Request BleachBit system optimizer - Have you tried it?

Ashampoo WinOptimiser uses basic windows components to clean up junk files. Its defragger, uses old mst defrag engine which is slow as hell.
I've tested many of these, always coming back to Kerish Doc. And Kerish Doc its not a basic "cleaner", like some thinks. Perfect companion with F-Secure SAFE, Comodo Firewall(tweaked), Secureaplus with APEX
