Solved Blue Screen after Windows Update....All media no longer working

As of now I have backed up 90 percent of my files onto the EHD because the techs insisted that I needed to. I am using Windows Defender and Windows Firewall since I have not been able to load Avira or Avast or AVG free. I have also turned off the automatic updates for Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ALL in ADVANCE!!

Your system is clean, no malware. I think you should listen to them and restore to manufacturer's state.

OK Twin.....I will do that as soon as I wake up. Thank you for the help and putting my mind at ease. I thought I had infected my External HDD as well.
