Great White North
Bonjour from the Great White North!

I want to say hello to everyone here, and thank you for the help I just received.

I managed to clean up my files and uninstall some annoying malware that had wended its way on to my computer over the last three days.

Your suggestion worked for me; much appreciated! :)

Hope to get to know everyone here in the next little while.

The funny thing is that I noticed that I joined this site in April of last year and not only did I not introduce myself, I forgot all about it.

No wonder I get malware! Duh...

Thank you, all, for your warm welcome. It seems as if it's a very friendly community, and I am glad to be a part of it.

Sr. Norman, this site is addictive?! Lord, I have enough vices already! Well, I imagine that one more vice won't hurt! ;)

Cheers to all!

This is a healthy vice and catches you sweetly. You start looking at antivirus, then firewalls, extensions, browsers, cleansers ... Then you wouldn't know it once what you has trapped is not the excellent information, trap you the excellent people on this forum.

Here you will find the friendliest people, people that are moved the same tastes that you and does not come here to discuss, people comes to help and share knowledge. :)

Is a healthy vice, so it still remains a hollow for another vice. ;)

Welcome again to this great and addictive forum :):):D and... Nice to meet you, my name is Sr. Normal, no Sr. Norman. ;):D:p

I am so relieved that I found this forum, Sr. Normal. Are you teasing me about your name? j/k

I had a bit of malware that tried to hook on to my browser and change it, but thanks to the tip I read here, it's all fixed now.

Geez, I remember once when a nasty bit o' business took over my browser and home page. I could have used your help then...it took me ages to remove the thing, that awful Babylon malware...stubborn as all get go was that/
