Botrevolt issue

just recently got BotRevolt full version the free version worked fine on issue's
but bought key for the full version and it won install ?

BotRevolt full version and the free version seem to have the same
Certificate ?
the free version installs and works fine but the paid version gives the error and wont install could the BotRevolt sever be refusing my keys if so is BotRevolt Dead ?

I also submittited a support ticket through the web site the are using zendesk still waiting.

I have had no luck to resolve the issue, and no contact from BotRevolt support ,
I would now call it abandon ware ,
I have instead got peer block and ip blacklist Subscription
