Question Box around Quick access

Hello
Probably a facepalm question for most of you.. LOL but, when I first launch Explorer, why is there always a box around Quick access and then will disappear after I click on a different folder? I tried a Google search, but maybe I wasn't wording it right. I didn't see a setting in Folder options as far as disabling that, either. TIA

It looks like a new bug with this last cumulative update. I've got it too, but it disappears upon refresh.

It is just an indicator to know where you are in case you are using your keyboard to navigate, even when it disappears after you click a different folder, move to next or previous folder with keyboard will make appear again, and after refresh click Tab will make it appear again, but on the tab's header, you can see this behavior in some applications such as FastStone Image Viewer, which will select the first image by default when you open the application.

Thank you, that makes sense, as I just went through the Tab/arrow scrolling option and I get what you're saying. I don't use very many keyboard shortcuts to work in Windows, I mostly use the mouse and touchpad, so that was helpful...thus why I mentioned facepalm in my post, thinking it may have been something obvious or simple that I didn't know about or see

Edit: some of those keyboard navigation options could be a handy to start playing around with and using. I just was never taught in school or at work to use a keyboard, so I never really made that a priority, especially regarding some of those 3 keys at a time commands.
