Browser hijacked by safesear.ch

i downloaded a game onto my computer and that is when i started to have trouble. I uninstalled the game but now my search engine on chrome goes to safesear.ch yahoo and when i tried to change it a box comes up saying enforced by administrator.

Please download Zemana AntiMalware and save it to your Desktop.

• Install the program and once the installation is complete it will start automatically.
• Without changing any options, press Scan to begin.
