Browser hijacked (PUP/Adware)

On my last tread on a windows problem someone said "From FRST report, it seems you have browser hijacked (PUP/Adware)" and told me to open a tread here
Please help me remove it

Hello ,
My pc is running very slow since june . the problems are
- games that had 60+ fps now have 20-30 .
- can't watch youtube vids in 1080 , have to change it to 720p to watch it without frame dropping
- it takes like 5+ seconds to open the Chrome , it took like 1-2 seconds before
- loading the internet pages is slow
- Sometimes it shows that my cpu and ram is used 70+% but when i look it task manager is nothing there
Tried using different anti viruses but nothing detected
