Will Betdefender increase my protection ?

Norton is enough in my opinion. I would add a password manager like lastpass and something for security like https everywhere

I think that for full optimize and maintenence advanced system care, glary soft, or wise care is more recommend

Just some Adblock-er and Password Manager for Chrome, some maintenance tool and you are good
