for those processes making use of tcp/ip and loopback interface.. but as far as i know there are plenty of others method to do ipc like:
- shared named memory;
- mailsolts;
- pipes;
- files..

You can also send messages to a Win32 GUI application and have it handle it in the message queue But shared memory and pipes are most common IMO

Kaspersky wrote that it was not a problem with their Firewall, but the fact that traffic were send to Network using a 3nd party prog that was set as trusted (freegate). So I think there will be no fix and gift :'(

I only reported what Kaspersky has answered on the forum, not said that I agree with their conclusion

aliali: Thanks for your last video.

You have put Freegate on the high restricted group, but allowed all network access.

=> IDM sends the data to Freegate and receives data from Freegate using 127.0.0.1:8580

=> it seems the Firewall doesn't keep an eye on the blocked software if using the localhost !?
