Cannot hide Language Bar, reappears on boot?

I have read this topic (Solved Language bar returning every boot - Windows 10 Forums) online, but I cannot remove En-US (as second language) as I need it for Cortana to work in the UK.

I use En-GB for my keyboard layout, but En-US for Cortana, as seen in the image below:

ENG re-appears upon boot, regardless of setting it to hide.

I can disable it from showing, but it reappears on reboot of system and I don't feel like doing that every time.

Has anyone found a way to solve this, or is it fixed in an Insider Preview build?

How about changing your Country/Region to UK?

It stops Cortana from working.

Ah, bummer. Then it could be fixed when MS improves Cortana in the next builds...
