Before, google wouldn't show up at all. Now, it is showing up at random, but I'm still not going to use it until I know what's wrong. I'm mostly just concerned because I've never seen that message before, when the page was having issues.

I see nothing bad here, but let's run another tool:

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on the Scan button.
  • After the scan has finished click on the Clean button.

Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.

  • After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S0].txt) will open automatically.
  • Post logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.

Uh oh. Adwcleaner wants me to download a more recent version, but the page that comes up is in French, so I don't know what buttons are download buttons.

Yeah, I followed it. What happened is that I downloaded the cleaner, and when I tried to run it, it prompted me to download a newer version and took me to a French download website.

Well, not really. Google started working again, a while after it started showing up at random. Could it have just been my internet connection? Because I know sometimes websites just don't want to work for some reason or another.

Please download DelFix by "Xplode" to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;
  • Remove disinfection tools
  • Create registry backup
  • Purge System Restore

Now click on "Run" button. Wait for the programme completes his work.
All the tools we used should be gone.
Tool will create and open an log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report will also be stored on C:\DelFix.txt

> I don't need DelFix log report.
