Can't get rid of safefinder

Hello, i have a problem with an Ads virus called SafeFinder. I check my control panel for new installed programs or ones with suspecious names but didn't find any, i also checked my chrome's extensions but there are none besides the ones i use. I also tried removing all the extensions and resetting chrome but it didn't remove the virus.
I would like some help.
