I also use Comodo Internet security (HIPS and Firewall ftw) and Sandboxie free
Note: i dont use comodo antivrus portion and have never had conflicts with avast neither do i add exceptions and it works fine

Use only one AV.. Either avast or comodo..
Rest all looks good..

I would use Avast AV & Comodo firewall and of course continue using SBIE.Thanks for sharing your config
