I would like to suggest a free and reliable backup solution. You could use either Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper both are free and reliable. If you do not have a portable HDD you could give Aomei OneKey a try.

Good security setup but you should provide a good backup plan to protect data and OS.

Edited your config to reflect a 3rd party Firewall in EIS 10
IMO Windows 10 is hands down the best OS Microsoft has released in a very long time.It is more secure and as far as the privacy concerns these can be addressed with some simple tweaks.
Consider some type of data and back up solution.

Your configuration is good, just follow the advice in terms of backup and recovery.

For Windows 10, you cannot really escape telemetry, however a good mindset to put on our mind is that Microsoft have a purpose to improve O.S which why data information have transmitted.
