Hi, I have disabled the option help CCleaner...blah blah blah. But also the famous program of optimization when starting the pc the firewall warns me of a connection to the company Avast. Attached images. What do you think? Should the CCleaner program try to communicate with the avast statistics site or not?

What once was a beautiful company turned into a vile, monstrous data harvesting privacy invader ever since they teamed up with that shady company they really screwed up themselfs, avg and CCleaner... It's all up to you I guess if you don't mind your privacy invaded. I personally would change this for Zimmermann hdd cleaner....

If youre worried about privacy, avast or ccleaner aint for you. If you google enough you end up having nightmares.
Even if you disable the data gathering about you....it will probably connect ccleaner to see updates, licenses and those are just connected to avast. servers

Theres plenty of other tools to cleanup either whole system or just a browser...

Privazer + bleachbit are the ones im using
Or just set up your browser to remove cookies/history etc. and just run windows built-in clean-up tool once awhile

Thanks for the suggestions. I already have it blocked by the firewall... but what I'm going to is if it's okay that despite having the option disabled to help ccleaner with statistics the program tries to connect the same...
You have no evidence whatsoever it's connecting to send telemetry data, far as you know it's checking for updates.

Plus Piriform is owned by Avast, so it makes sense to go through Avast servers now.
