Well CCleaner is not the only one that can manage to clean your junk files and leaving without issues, you deserve to try the alternatives like Wise Disk Cleaner or Privazer which been totally approve by majority of users.

Matter of user preference + minimal difference of few files that are slightly miss but it should not be a big deal.

In such simplicity go to CCleaner + CCEnhancer whereas for such known deep cleaning then try WDC.
