CERBER RANSOMWARE - encrypted file .b320

Hi,
My laptop (Window7) - CERBER RANSOMWARE affected.
All files including the .pst files are corrupted (encrypted). All encrypted files has got changed the name and has extension .b320
None of the available malware removal tools which I tried, could find this type of encrypted files.
Every folder has got the warning in three files format 1. .txt (see below), 2. .jpeg (in red highlights), 3. .hta.

Any advises are highly appreciable.
