At CES 2020, HP showed off a new All-in-One and its most powerful Spectre convertible yet.

HP ENVY 32 All-in-One

Power through photo and video projects using the HP ENVY 32 All-in-One (AiO), with up to 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 graphics, up to 32 GB of DDR4 memory and up to 1 TB SSD. You won’t need extra speakers while editing and playing back audio content with built-in front-firing tweeters and subwoofer speakers custom tuned by Bang & Olufsen. And you’ll find easy access to ports, built-in wireless charging and a multi-device keyboard to easily switch from one device to another.

HP ENVY 32 AiO is now available at for a starting price of $1,599.99. The device can also be purchased at Best Buy, Amazon and other U.S. retailers.

Hmmmm........just read that the Spectre x360 15 looks like come with the 10th Gen Comet Lake processor instead of the 10th Gen Icelake processor. The NVIDIA GeForce GPU is the dead giveaway in Comet Lake because the Icelake uses the Iris Plus GPU

Differences between Comet Lake and Icelake is described here.

Also, I can't find anywhere on the net regarding in-silicon mitigations against Spectre and Meltdown for Comet Lake whereas Icelake (and Whisky Lake and Cascade Lake) do comes with such in-silicon protections.

I guess I have to reconsider this laptop now
