There is a serious attack on cyber world from last 3-4 days and your computer can get affected by dns changer.
There are lot of news rumoring around news channels and newspaper regarding this attack.

I personally seen today that many sites are blocked by google (few porn and crack sites) which i used to visit from chrome browser without problem few days back .

One thing the people caught in the DNS changer virus when the FBI shut it down Monday morning at 12:01 Eastern Time would have lost Internet.

Apparently ISPs have intervened and helped keep those infected online according to a pcmag article I was reading earlier

Personally I would have just shut off the servers and left those infected in the dark, it would have forced them to get their machines looked at and in most cases cleaned of the virus

Keeping them online only leaves them uneducated about being infected and jeopardizes everyone else by leaving tens of thousand infected machines online
