Hi- I'm back!
(With a new Macbook Pro!)
This new computer is a beast compared to my 2008 Pentium Acer and my 2006 Athlon Desktop!
Should I install an antivirus for mac? I use ClamXav once in a while- I don't have any real-time protection. Adobe Flash + Reader is on auto-update.

Which Macbook (model) did you purchase? It's really up to you whether you want to use an Antivirus.

Very nice.AV is up to you.I use it on my kids MAC

Since Mac OS itself is pretty considered to be safe environment despite of in the wild list threats, therefore you may have an AV or not.

About the antivirus for Mac:
It's true that Mac is much less vulnerable than Windows but this does not mean that it is invulnerable, so I recommend Bitdefender Virus Scanner for Mac.

Other to consider which primarily active on providing accurate informations and protection for Mac's threat is Sophos. Give a whirl test.
