Chrome secure preferences file flagged

Ran AdwCleaner it picked up this as an issue within chrome hopefully someone is able to help me resolve this

In your browser address bar, type:

chrome://extensions/

Click to enable Developer Mode.

Try to find the extensions with this ID: lfmhcpmkbdkbgbmkjoiopeeegenkdikp

no extension with that ID ive deleted profile, chrome reinstalled as soon as i sync my profile the issue is back i guess its info from an old extension still in the pref file
