Advice Request Chrome useless after updating to Win 10 Version 1803

After updating to Win 10 Version 1803 my Chrome browser is almost useless and certainly too frustrating to use.
It takes forever to try and open a website and usually needs several reload trys due to taking to long.
Is everyone having trouble with Chrome after this Version 1803 update?
What is the problem (Firefox is fine)?
is there a easy solution to it...or just wait for a Chrome update?

No problems here. Reinstall chrome and try again

No, chrome is biggest thing and if there would be any problems they would be solved asap

Run these and re-install chrome

not necessary but could run this too:
Hijack Cleaner For Internet Browser | Comodo Antivirus

Also run full scan with your current antivirus software / chrome's own scan tool

Which AV do you use? I had problems with Kaspersky Free and Google Chrome. Using another AV (waiting for patch B) solved this problem temporarily.

You maybe interested in trying this, Download latest stable Chromium binaries (64-bit and 32-bit)

No automatic update will be offered to you for Chromium.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and Kaspersky Internet Security 2019.

Kaspersky TS 2019a + W10 Pro x64 RS4 + Chrome without issues here...

Just checked Chrome now no problem for me...

Okay , I did a new install of Kaspersky Free without any other security software installed and so far so good. No problems anymore. Will keep it like this for a few days. If it stays this way I will keep Kaspersky Free and add Comodo Firewall at @cruelsister 's settings.

Scanned the Google folder containing Chrome and defragged but same problem.
I guess I wii use Firefox for a while, I like Chrome because it still runs my Lazarus form recovery extension while Firefox no longer supports it.
(I use Textarea Cache in Firefox)

For me the problem seems to be solved by reinstalling my security software again. You could try the same?

Reinstalled Panda GOLD protection and Chrome.
Still no good...Chrome just looses a user for now, enough annoyance I'm finished!
