Clean Complete & WARNING Lots of Junk

Phone gets Hi-Jacked. Clean Complete pops up and then a blue pinwheel, then an AD, usually some type of a Game. Usually happens when I ReStart or try to Stop It, like on this site.
Also gets redirected to 4 different websites at various times, even during phone calls.
When Both things happen, the only way I have found, is to hit clear button about 10 times, then go back to what I was doing before.
Very Frustrating.
Steps taken to remove the infection
I bought Malwarebytes. I bought AdBlock for Samsung, AdBlock Fast, Adguard content blocker.

Browser extensions
I don't know what extensions are.
It seems like a typo. It should be "Enter a Valid Message". This usually means you need to enter appropriate text in the input field. If you're still having trouble, could you provide more context or details?
